Enjoyed our snorkel trip with capt. Bob month Tortuga this morning. Great ride out to the reef and back. The crew were helpful and the snorkeling great.

Took a dive trip yesterday to the Thunderbolt with Deep Blue. They required a guide go with us which is safer for sure. Guide was a man named Jeff who really knew his stuff. Had a great time !

Had a great snorkel trip A Deep Blue Dive Center! Our boat, Turtle" had plenty of room and John the Captain and the dive instructor, also John, were a lot of fun and ran a safe and professional charter. The water was as clear as I have seen in along time and the fish population on the reef was excellent. Captain John helped my sister in law with getting over feeling claustrophobic with a few helpful suggestion which really made her trip more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Deep Blue Dive Center.

After taking the online portion of the course I was directed here by the PADI website. I was glad, as they are close to where I was staying and I'd been snorkeling with them previously. Jon, my instructor was knowledgeable and great help throughout my two days of diving. While out on the Ocean the boat provided water and some sodas as refreshments. All said this shop is incredibly good for someone just getting into Scuba.

Over the years, we have enjoyed the services of A Deep Blue Dive Center with no problems. We've taken the family snorkeling/diving and never had a bad experience. It was always smooth. This past Thanksgiving was an exception.

We booked a family trip to snorkel/dive with A Deep Blue Dive Center, and I am extremely happy we did. We were scheduled to go out to the reef on Thanksgiving Day, but the weather was not co-operating so the trip was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day.

Friday morning we got to the dock and were informed the seas might still be too rough for a good day on the water. There were eight of us, 4 adults & 4 children. We already missed one day and were itching to go out to the reef. Rather than cancel, the Captain offered to go out and see if the seas had possibly laid down overnight.

For 3/4 of the ride out to the reef, our hopes were high. Unfortunately, the last 1/4 of the boat ride was rough. Although we enjoyed watching the kids get soaked, when we arrived at the reef 3 to 5 foot waves were churning up the water. Not wanting to put any of us in danger, the Captain apologized and informed us it was a good try but a no go. We would try again the next day.

Friday night I received a call from A Deep Blue Dive Center and was informed the forecast was looking good for Saturday afternoon. We were originally scheduled for Saturday morning but changed our plans based on the latest recommendation.

On Saturday, we loaded up the boat and headed out to the reef again. This time the conditions were much better, and we were all able to snorkel/dive Sombrero.

As seasoned travelers know, sometimes the weather doesn't always co-operate with plans made months prior to the actual vacation. Despite the weather, the staff at A Deep Blue Dive Center went above and beyond to try and make the best of a bad situation for us.
