3 out of 5 machines do not accept cash or vouchers. Sometime you have to put cash other times vouchers only. Touch screen does not work 3 out of 5 machines to access card. Card does not work 3 out of 5 machines.

Staff laughs at customers who inquire about customer cares and broken machines.

Floor servers are never around and machine operators do not attend to service lights.

This is a very dark and disrespectful organization and the machines do not pay out worth crap. They have them at best a 2% pay out.

Wait forever for food and very salty just like their operations.

If you go and ignore this review you will remember as you leave!

Nice machines but they are tight, only one restaurant open, Non smokers must wear masks while smokers Can sit there and. Blow smoke and germs around. During the pandemic they should have them go outside to smoke.

Hello 530maureeng,

Thank you for sharing feedback on your recent experience. Currently face masks are required, they may be removed to drink, eat or smoke while seated and physically distanced. Although smoking is permitted at our facility we understand that it should never interfere with the comfort of our guests. All Seminole Gaming Properties have been equipped with state-of-the-art AtmosAir™ advanced bipolar ionization air purification and disinfecting systems that are designed to destroy viruses in the air and on hard surfaces. Also, all HVA filters are HEPA compliant with the highest MERV rating.

We know how disappointing it can be to not come out on the winning end. The good news is that we award millions in Jackpots each month and we’re hoping you’ll be one of our lucky winners the next time you are here. Looking forward to having you back.

The last couple of times I have been there, used their atm both times. The fee is 6.95, which was included in the amount I took out, but there were two additional fees of 2.50, which made the withdrawal fee 11.95, outrageous. I went frequently back in 2018, I believe the fee was 4.95 at that time. I used the atm there regularly until I found out that they were charging extra fees. Once I found out about it I stopped going there, until recently with a few family members. So avoid using their atms.

Run from Immokalee, go to Brighton. Brighton, you can play for hours, and hit often. Immokalee $220, 45 minutes, .01 machine, playing .50, gone in 45 min. Not a single spin. RUN AWAY, THEY ARE SO TIGHT AND DON'T CARE.

The only casino we know in different states that ALLOWS smoking inside casino at slots n tables while there is a pandemic! Shameful! They cater to the 10% of the public who smoke and ignore the 90% of the public who don’t. Obviously they deny the CDC and research stating smoking and Covid correlation. All for money. Rude.
