I stayed with my sister and we had a wonderful time. The lady Ester met us on time. The loication is awesome, near everything. The place was exactly what the pictures showed. There isnt a beach view but it is directly on the beach. It really was no biggie,I loved being able to just go downstairs and be on the beach. Hollywood Blvd is 5 min drive. A must for everyone. The beach, shops and water is perfect, All in all it was a wonderful time

This Condo is absolutely beautiful. It is roomy and has almost everything to you need to life there for quite a while. It also helps that Wal-Mart is right down the road. The Master Bed is noisy but very comfortable. The 2nd room beds are also comfortable according to my kids. The showers were roomy. The Kitchen is also roomy and has everything you need to cook and store leftovers in the fridge. Couches in Living area were comfortable. Building was very secure with Camera's everywhere. You also need a control to go inside the building (See the "Things to Know Before you Go" section). Sprinklers installed in Condo in case of a fire.
The Kitchen has a second door that opens to the outside without a dead bolt in it. We didn't have a problem with this because our kids are older, but if you have little kids, this may not be the condo for you. Almost all the furniture is glass. This is an Ocean Front Building but the Condo is NOT facing the ocean AT ALL. I took a picture of the view from the balcony. When I called the Owner, he told me that he only owns 2 Condos and neither one of them are facing the ocean. This condo is overlooking the main road and parking lot. But the beach is a step away. Turning the Thermo up turns on the heat and makes the alarm go off.
"Things to Know Before you Go"
This address is wrong on Trip Advisory. There are 2 buildings at the Tides and this Condo is located on 3801 S. Ocean Drive.
Bring Cash for Parking. It is $7 a day and a $20 Deposit that you will get back.
The Laundry Room is on the same floor as the Condo but make sure to ask (Esther) the manager for the card. The card needs to be recharged somewhere on the first floor. It is prepaid.
Florida is tropical and always warm so insects never die. Make sure to keep anything with sugar in the fridge or you will see the ants and roaches the next day.
If you have visitors, they have to pay for parking and cannot leave. If they leave, they have to pay for parking again. This happen when my Mom visited me from Cape Coral, FL.
To load your suitcases you have to park behind the building and go through the doors where the dumpsters are located (very bad smell down there)
