I felt like home as soon as I got in. Romain at the reception was very helpful and acomudating. He got out of his way to answer all my questions about where to go the next day. I highly recommend this hotel.

Cannot beat the price for a clean one stay on our way to the Keys. Friendly staff. We will stay here again next looking for a place in this area. Also close to places to eat with easy access to them..

A little late with this review, but with the pandemic, finally have time!

We stayed at this hotel in November pre-cruise. We selected it because it offered everything we needed...airport shuttle when we arrived, a place to stay, free breakfast, and a shuttle to the cruiseport.

Bonuses: the hotel staff was extremely helpful! They tried to hook us up with a nice place for dinner and arranged for a shuttle as well. That ended up being a disaster...and we left that restaurant and got an Uber to Gilbert's on Cordova Road...it ended up being a great night,

We did not realize we could walk across the side-street from the hotel to a shopping center...it proved helpful as we were able to buy a few bottles of wine to take aboard.

Hotel was OK...breakfast was a cattle-drive with people on top of each other either eating or waiting to eat or having finished eating and then waiting for their shuttles.

Another bonus was that we were able to secure a reservation for a shuttle once the cruise returned to the airport.

It was A LOT of money for standard...we paid $332.22 for 1 night. But they know they provide a lot of services.

Super clean hotel with easily best rooms, especially 1 bedroom suites. If management is listening Madison at front desk needs a raise. Always see her cleaning any chance she gets and the lobby smells so clean. Beautiful pool great location

We set up to have a room ready when we got off a cruise. We ended up at the wrong hanpton as it has the same name as nother just south. They would no allow us to trasnfer our room. Saying with the covid 19 they cant aford to have us not stay with them. So we go to this one. They then tell us the room we set up more than 48 hours ago will not be ready for 4 and a half hours. They wanted even with this extream virus going on to have out walking the street for 4 hours. Give this place no money. The pool is out. They shut down breakfast and forced us to still pay the same high rate. I say boycot this location for trying to make this virua worse or fort Lauderdale

Thank you for your response to our survey we appreciate all feedback good or bad. However, we feel we must address a few issues, we would like to mention that we have lowered our rates due to the issues going on with the virus and due to the limited amenities available for our guests. We also have to let you know that we have a guaranteed time of 4 pm for all check-ins not just during this pandemic but daily to make sure we can uphold the same day in and day out.
