As big fans of unconventional vacation spots, ie: B&B's, cabins, homes as opposed to resorts, hotels and the like, we were thriled that this spot more than lived up to it's previous reviews. Wonderful owners / hosts, beautiful grounds / location, peaceful and private accomodations, easy and quick access to the surrounding communities, every amenity save for food, and clothes made for a relaxing and pleasurable stay. Although the weather was a little too cool for the pool, the attached spa was just bracing enough to take the heat off from sunning on the clean patio. The views of the lagoon, luscious vegetation, well kept grounds and access to a large nature preserve just by walking out to the end of the driveweay added to the sense that this was a paradise that would beckon us back for future stays. The owners Ralph and Sharon, who built this home and were wonderful hosts, have created a little piece of heaven just waiting to be shared. This is a not to be missed experience if you are ever in the area. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next visit.

After spending four whirlwind days at Disney, this was the perfect place to unwind and take it slow. Located in a quiet nook in Holiday, we felt so much at home and at ease, with the luxury of a private pool, beautifully landscaped surroundings, just steps away from the dock, the waterway and nature park. The place was meticulously clean, with all the comforts of home - lots of room with spacious sleeping accommodations, flat screens with cable, free wifi, a well equipped kitchen, even a washer & dryer! Best of all, Sharon and Ralph were wonderful hosts, very helpful yet unobtrusive. We certainly won't hesitate to come back and stay with them again!

Our stay was fabulous. We usually alwasy go someplace completley different each summer for vacation. We will definitely return here for another stay.
We stayed for an entire week and it was myself, my husband and our teenage son. Ralph and Sharon were wonderful. They are very helpful and completely unobtrusive. Your choice as to how much or how little interaction you have with them. They were always willing to answer any questions we had, and gave us great ideas of places to go visit.
The apartment is in excellent condition, very nice, well laid out. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Loved having a washer and dryer so at the end of the week did not have to travel home with dirty clothes.
The property is absolutley gorgeous with all of the flowering trees, bushes and plants. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. Our teenage son loved taking the canoe out in the bay and paddling around, fishing and just sight-seeing. The pool was so nice and refreshing, my husband and I would get up early and have some alone time swimming while our teenage slept in.
It is so close to so many attractions. We would hang out there during the heat of the day and then go to the beach and sight-see in the late afternoons and evenings.
