This museum is cool and full of all kinds of artifacts. The one thing I wish they had more of was interactive exhibits.

Would recommend this place to anyone. It is full of knowledge of what it takes to be a seal. I definitely have a new appreciation for anyone that dedicates there life to becoming a navy seal. God bless them as they put there life on the line for our country.

This place was packed with equipment displays and exhibits. Lots of hands on activities that are great for adults and kids alike. The many movies and docents made the museum even better. Really helped to make visitors understand the history of the Navy SEAL/UDT program. I am a military buff and even I learned a lot. Some really amazing exhibits out in the grounds surrounding the museum. Definitely worth visiting this place!

This museum far exceeded our expectations and is a fabulous museum that honors Navy SEALs and their predecessors. There is a movie, but we were pressed for time so did not watch it. There are several short videos through the museum which contains historical items, such as the life boat from Maersk Alabama. There is a display of weaponry, as well as mock-ups of weapons the SEALs carry so one can get an idea as to how much the weapons weigh. There is also a fallen SEAL memorial.

The displays are highly informative and give information pertaining what the SEALS go through in their training. There are also displays for the SEAL predecessor organizations.

Outside there are static displays of aircraft and boats, some of which you can go aboard. There is also an obstacle course.

The museum is open 10am until 4pm Tuesday through Saturday and noon until 4pm on Sunday, closed on Monday. Admission for adults (13 and older): $10, children ages 6 through 12: $5, and children 5 and under are free. Memberships are also available. We used a Groupon and had no problem when presenting it at the entrance. Parking is free. There is a gift shop that sells items with the SEAL logo, other military logo items, plush toys, books, etc.

The museum also supports the Trident House which helps provide critical and complimentary visits for the families of SEALs who were killed in action and for battle worn or injured SEALs and their families. The museum is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

This is a very good museum and well worth spending an afternoon learning about these brave men. I’m sure we will visit again when friends/family visit us.

This was a fantastic museum, very updated with real artifacts that were used by seals. Very informative staff and friendly. The experience is very educational from the formation of the Seals to modern day. It’s a must see, check for Groupon specials.
