Son played in a baseball tournament Memorial Day weekend and many games were played at this park. Beautiful facility! The stadium looks awesome!

“Beautiful stadium”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 May 2012

As a Yankee fan, I was dragged to the stadium, but it was a pleasant surprise! The stadium is really beautiful and really brings the spirit of Spring Training. The "look" of the stadium is fresh and open, but still has the feel of Fenway. There is not a bad seat in the house. The beautiful overhangs keep you out of that hot Florida sun so you can enjoy yourself. There are some nice scenic areas for pic ops. Food is plentiful. The only downfall I would mention to make it a 4 star is the parking. I just don't think they have figured it out yet. Trying to get out of the stadium is quite an experience, bring your patience.

“The New Park”

Good seats were everywhere. Many venues for food and drink and the people sitting in the stands were fun.

“The boys of summer - SpringBreak 2012”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 May 2012

Fenway South.... I had heard all the hype, and the issues with moving from downtown, but I really think they outdid themselves. We really enjoyed seeing the Blue Jays play the Red Sox during the inaugural season. Here's my top 5 impressions: 1. Great People (part lot attendant was a college professor!) 2. Wonderful attitudes (enjoy the game!, can I help you find your section!) 3. Topnotch facilities (clean restrooms, neat seats) 4. Tradition (check out the Green Monster & old scoreboard) 5. Red Sox! We will return.... [If you liked this review, please check the box on the left, Thanks!]

“Better Than Expected!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 April 2012

In 2011, I came down to Red Sox spring training for the first time and was sad to find out that City of Palms Park was not going to be there next spring. I liked the closeness and intimacy of City of Palms and thought that would disappear in the new stadium. In 2012, I was pleasantly surprised. The layout and atmosphere, as well as the replica Green Monster, felt like they belonged. Also having the practice field in the same place was convenient. The park was still relatively small, and fans were able to come watch practices, as well as come early to watch warmups before games and try to get autographs. Overall I thought that the park was impressive, nice, clean and new. If you love baseball or the Red Sox you should come check this place out!!
