I dine here regularly as i live in FLL.. it is such a beautiful space. Amazing food. Nothing you can order from the menu would be a disappointment. Lots of love goes into creating the dishes. The owner always greets me and this time I had my mom with me.. culBERt was my waiter and he was so kind and i consider myself to be a wine enthusiast but the wine i ordered wasn’t available he suggested such an amazing wine i went looking for it the next day.. the menu has specials daily and it is truly a pleasure to dine here. If you are looking for a special night, try this.. i promise you won’t be disappointed. The only rub is they dont’ take reservations so plan ahead.. enjoy!!

Canyon never disappoints, we love sitting at the bar enjoying food from both the new happy hour menu and the main menu. The quality is always fantastic and the service matches it too. A wonderful experience every time!

The food and the service were amazing especially the general manager we had a great dinner!! It is a hidden gem and not that expensive.

Canyon closes at 9:30 on Thursday's so when we landed at 830pm (9/20/2018) we made a point to go straight from the airport to the restaurant because we knew we wanted to eat at Canyon on this trip but had dinner dates for our other two evenings.

They let us drop our bags in an area of the restaurant that had some room which was so nice of them. We felt awkward bringing in our small suitcases but it turned out to be okay.

As usual, I got the short rib ragu bc there is nothing like it, a truly unique entree that is so decadent, flavorful and the pasta is so perfectly al dente; what a masterpiece.

My partner had the short rib tostada which was also really delicious.

Of course it didn't hurt that it was half price wine night either!

Wow… where to start?!?!? We met a friend here for tapas, wine and dinner one evening and were greeted by smiling staff as soon as we entered. We heard that there can be a long wait here, but we were seated immediately (we got there around 7PM, but within an hour, the place was packed).
The menu isn’t too large, but has something for nearly every taste. We found many items (from civiche to steak) that looked appetizing and amazing. We tried several small plates before ordering dinner. Their poblano pepper loaded with goat cheese was nicely done and HUGE! Their scallops came three to a plate and were more than enough to share between three people and were so tasty. The civiche was perfect!
When it came to entrees, the swordfish was amazing… fresh and perfectly prepared to ensure it was dry, tough or bland. The seared tuna was the BEST tuna I’ve ever had… the combo of wasabi flavors and the thinly sliced pears and cucumbers made into a slaw was unique and so very amazing!
Save room for dessert… They have several items that are well-worth the calories… the banana chocolate cheesecake was tasty, but the bread pudding was outstanding!! Can’t wait to return!!
