Sushi-One is a take-out restaurant, in a very narrow bay in a small strip center, with limited indoor and sidewalk seating. It's frequented by Japanese students studying at the local language school and it is owned and run by Japanese, so it's a given both owners and customers know a thing or two about Japanese food. We go for the consistently excellent salads/hijiki, rolls, nigiri, hosomaki, soups, noodles, house-made green tea. The prices are quite reasonable. Expect a long line at lunch time, but it's worth the wait. Have been going here for years and it is always good! For about $10 you can't beat the tasty hijiki, 2 pc tuna, 2 pc salmon and a 4 pc california roll with green tea. Daily lunch specials and bento boxes are worthwhile if you're hungry and very affordable!
