5 Stars based on Value. Traveled to this property for a thanksgiving break vacation with extended family. While I was not involved in the booking process or exchanging of keys, it sounds as though the process was smooth, and property managers were easy to work with. As for the property itself, this rental would undoubtedly disappoint people looking for and accustomed to pristine amenities, this certainly isn’t on par with the exploited pristine vacation homes in the area, though anybody looking for this level of quality should be turned away once shown the price, as the cost to rent this home is not on par with homes of that quality. For the budget minded vacationer, this home will certainly not disappoint, and I’d go as far as to say it’s actually a bit underpriced. Amazing location on the canal, with a short 2 block walk to the area’s best beach. Overall the rental is showing its age and you can tell there is very little stuck into the property for maintenance, as there are many little things going wrong that are obviously not a priority, however for the price, you're not going to do any better. The kitchens are nicely equipped with just enough, the rooms provide adequate sleeping for a large family, and the pool and outdoor patio area is nice. I'd recommend it to most of my friends, and will likely find myself staying there again if looking for a place to enjoy the beaches of Fort Lauderdale.
