Due to the tropical storm, it was impossible to drive to the hotel. We asked for changing the booking dates and the hotel refused. They also refused to refund us for the two nights. This is incredible. Please avoid this hotel

Be awere! I can confirm that they are credit card scammer! They charged my card 4 times!!!! I had many trouble and this destroyed my holidays because of this what happens to my credit card limit.
The behavior of the front desk employees were so obviously. For sure, nobody can’t Do anything because of “the pc-system it’s everything okay”. And for sure “unfortunately” we can’t speak and call to the owner . It’s obvious. Don’t stay here, be aware and check the reviews, also on gmaps.

For 10 years I have stayed at this Motel at least several times a year. It's always clean, reliable, has a pool, picnic & barBQ areas, included breakfast, large rooms with nice linens, safe, refrigerator, microwave oven, tile floor (no smelly carpets!). Comfortable beds, showers, and desk chair. Nearby are many food choices and shopping. I get a refreshing sleep before heading into the Everglades, Keys or Miami traffic. Hats off especially to Jamie and Jaylian at the front desk.

This motel was a great last stop before heading to the Keys for our Spring Break Vacation (where prices increased dramatically). Although the area driving in looked a little sketchy (some of the motels looked rundown and lower end), we jogged over to US 1 at the last minute and the area improved. Everything in this motel was clean and as described. The pool area was nice and they had a great breakfast with waffles and just about everything you could want for -- only boiled eggs and no bacon -- but very nice and included with the price off the motel. The woman working during breakfast was also extremely nice and had great customer service skills. Lots of international travelers here. We heard German, Spanish (of course) and Lithuanian. Overall great value.
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in early April. I can't say enough about our room. We stayed in building #1. Our room was very spacious, very clean, comfortable bed.
The ac worked just fine. All the staff we spoke to was very kind and friendly. The breakfast was the best we have had in a self-service breakfast hotel. The food was fresh, the coffee was good, fresh boiled eggs, make your own waffle, cereals, muffins, toast selection, as well as apples and oranges. The large grounds are clean, well- manicured, no litter. The pool was lovely! Nice, clean, well kept. It is family friendly, many families were there from all over the world. I highly recommend this place and would stay again. Maintenance crew was on point and very friendly.
We stayed for one night to visit the Everglade NP. The whole setting of the hotel is more like a motel, with additional amenities. It is conveniently located within 10 miles of the park and a few other popular attractions. The breakfast was reasonable, however, a bigger breakfast area would be more helpful. The hotel needs to strictly enforce quiet hours as we were frustrated by a family next door who were still up and loud in midnight. Fortunately, my wife called the front desk and they sent someone so the next door family finally reduced their level of noise and activity.
