We stayed one night at this hotel, and everything was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We weren't bothered by any noise and the staff was pleasant.
Breakfast in the morning was convenient and tasty with a good variety of food.
I really like the Hyatt Place room selection of two queen beds with a pullout sofa bed. Having access to three beds if very convenient for larger families or families with teenagers who don't want to share a bed. I wish more hotels would follow this lead.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is what you'd typically expect from a Hyatt Place hotel. It's clean, the layout is the usual, and the staff is really friendly.

I was moved to another room because of the noise, and the lady at the front desk stored my ice pack because I had to travel with some medications that needed to be refrigerated. I definitely appreciated that.

The location of the hotel is great. It's located within walking distance of a mall. I went shopping, got my nails done, and ate dinner without having to drive anywhere, which was fantastic!

The breakfast could have been better. I still don't understand why they decided to design the rooms with the sink outside the bathroom. The main thing that counts is that I slept well: the bed was very comfortable. If you're looking for a clean, basic, no frills hotel for a short one night stay, then this hotel is the place for you.

Tired property in major need of updates. Good location breakfast was above average but could use potatoes as a side. Service at check-in was very blah and nothing special however the manager on Saturday female was very good I don't recall her name and very helpful so it was hit or miss

Dear Karim N,

We thank you for your feedback. It was a pleasure meeting you! As discussed, please make sure all of your personal preferences are noted on your World of Hyatt membership whenever you are completing an online check-in for Hyatt Hotels. Although this feature is fast and convenient for most travelers it will assign your room based on the first one that becomes available. I understand you preferred not to be on the first floor however your high floor preference was not noted prior to your arrival. Our team certainly attempted to make it right by offering an alternative location. Please know that we truly do value your continued loyalty to Hyatt Hotels. We hope we are fortunate enough to earn your business again soon.

Safe Travels!

Sincerely,

This is a very nice facility. We stayed here for its proximity to RSW airport. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the airport and is an easy drive. We enjoyed the Coconut Point Mall, which is where the hotel is located. It’s a somewhat upscale mall (Chico’s, J. Jill, Dillard’s) but also has discount stores such at a Super Target, Ross, T.J Maxx. We enjoy walking and it was a great mall to walk around - nice setting, lots of palm trees, a pond. There are a ton of restaurants also - from quite upscale to casual. We made a mistake and ate at Stir Crazy, which wasn’t that good to us. There’s also a movie theater and we did go to a movie when our room wasn’t ready (we arrived super early). Our room was very large - more like two separate rooms which even had a sectional in the living room. The bathroom was a bit dated but the rooms were well maintained and immaculate. There is a complimentary breakfast and felt the lay-out and offerings were both quite good. We didn’t try the hot items but they looked better than the usual. There is also the Miramar Outlet Mall nearby if you want more shopping.

We recently stayed here for one night while visiting friends who live nearby. We paid a lot for the room but really had little choice in the area. It was a little hard to find -- the Coconut Point complex is huge, and this is on one side of a large mall -- but convenient to almost anything you'd need. It appears to be a newer, but not new, property. Check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable; there was a bed area separated from a small sofa sitting area by a divider on which the TV sat. There were all sorts of connections in the divider if one happened to have components to plug into the TV. The bed was fine. Breakfast the next morning was unremarkable. Checkout was quick, with the same excellent attendant as check-in. Because of the price, I expected a higher level of hotel than we got; I noted when doing this review that the price of the hotel today is about half of what we paid. At that price, this would be a great place to say if you are visiting the area.
