Lost our online booking. We booked a pontoon online, they took the deposit but failed to keep the booking. It took three people to count the reservations in the books and count the pontoons and realize they didn't match. We arrived and were kept waiting a full hour before they told us there was no boat for us. Then things got strange, the young woman at the desk angrily told us it wasn't her fault. She told us it was her second day and she didn't know what she was doing. Clearly no one trained her to do her job and she didn't have the skills to deal with customers. Then we got a story about how two of their boats were missing and one was trashed. True blue has just 5 boats so there is little room for error when they can't seem to keep track of their boats. True Blue couldn't issue a refund to our card and ended up giving us cash. A total circus, no apologies, no offer to 'come back tomorrow', terrible manners and zero customer service. We wasted an afternoon of our short vacation. Go elsewhere, it's not worth the risk.
