This was a 4 day get-away over Labor day weekend for myself, my husband, my son and his girlfriend so we wanted something roomy and right on the beach. We couldn't have asked for a nicer beach location. All of the units have ocean views and you couldn't get any closer to the beach. The unit is laid out in such a way that every room except the bathrooms and the second bedroom has a fabulous view of the ocean. The balconies are HUGE and ours had a table and four chairs as well as two chaise lounges with plenty of room to spare (we were in unit 205). The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get beach set ups (i.e. an umbrella and two chairs) but you have to pay $20/day for additional set ups. We just bought 2 $10 chairs at the Walmart up the road; if you come by car, you can just bring some. The unit was an open floor plan with a full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, dining area, and big living room. The master br had a whirlpool tub with King bed and second br had two queen beds. Master br and living room each had sliding glass doors that open up onto the balcony. They provided soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and enough coffee to make one pot of coffee. They were skimpy on the soaps in the bathrooms but if you ask, you can get more of anything. There’s a tiny exercise room with two treadmills and two stationary bikes and a tv.
There are lots of water-type of activities to do in the area and lots of stuff for little kids. We weren’t into either of those things so we mostly stayed on the beach and did some shopping (they have a huge outlet mall and some high-end strip malls). Everything is along highway 98. So the area was not one of my favorite vacation spots but the condo was great and I would highly recommend it.
