Chef created a sophisticated assortment of starters, entrees, sides and desserts...easy to navigate to and from our table set in a lovely tropical garden. A real treat from start to finish, especially for Christmas. If you like old Florida homes (1902) converted into a garden restaurant complete with ponds, private tables scattered throughout the outdoors, and want to feel as if you’re miles from civilization, then Sundy House is a must.

I found this place on a local website media, I visited overnight, the place was nice and cozy, love the Sunday brunch they have, nothing better then unlimited mimosas. Nice place for couples, great for Brunch.

I've had Brunch at Sunday house before and enjoyed the variety of food and beauty of the surroundings. I had dinner there last night with visiting relatives. We were seating under trees decorated with twinkle lights, listening to bubbling water from nearby fountains. Other diners are seated far enough away that you feel like your in your own Eden. I ordered Blackened Grouper, one of the evening specials, guests had Duck Breast. Our Meals were plated beautifully, my grouper was on top of a pureed parsnip and blueberry something. It was delicious, and I'm not a big fan of parsnips. They have a nice wine list, affordable if you want to stay with the house wines. I had a nice Pinot Noir which was only $8, not bad for this kind of restaurant. Parking is the only problem, so valet at $5 is the best choice unless you don't mind walking a few blocks. If you're looking to have a "special" evening, this is truly a destination type restaurant, don't go if you in a hurry, you'll miss the whole point.

Ignore the reviews about the swimming pool being closed the fish don`t want to swim with those people anyway. The grounds are very well kept and it is very quiet there. It is walking distance to everything you want to do or see in the area. Parking is at a premium in the area so take advantage of the place you are staying. All the rooms have their own theme and we enjoyed the one we were at. The kitchenette we had did not have a oven or a stove so if you are planning to eat in the room plan your meals.

All rooms different motif, private garden views. Eat dinner in the courtyard/garden for a very romantic stay. The beds are the most comfortable ever. Staff is attentive and facility well maintained.
Ask about rooms available, for a match to the mood of your stay.

Room Tip: any room is wonderful but you can find a room to match your taste, just ask
