Description: P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

PF Chang's is one of our favorite chains. The food is consistently good, the servers are attentive and proactive. There have been updates to their menu but we're "old dogs" and like what usually get although we did try a couple of new items. This is the first time that I have had their wonton soup, it was delicious. The soup had fresh wontons and even had shrimp. We don't usually have room for dessert but since we had the prie fixe menu for two that included it we had the banana egg roll with pineapple and coconut ice cream -- yum! The chicken lettuce wraps are a favorite although there were large mushrooms that could be left out or at least cut into small pieces.

First of all, let me say PF Chang’s is my FAVORITE chain restaurant EVER. I have been to locations from the east coast to the west coast and places in between and have never been disappointed, until now. And it had nothing to do with the food. This location must be one of their first locations as the décor is not like other locations I have been to, like no horse statue outside like most other locations, and the dining room is too bright, not at all warm and inviting. The dining room needs a LOT of work and I do mean a LOT of work. Almost all the chairs are sagging in the middle, torn and ripped and not at the proper height for the tables. Booths weren’t in any better condition. Also, I could see food stains on the walls where the booths are. Not at all an appetizing site. Is the staff blind to the grunge? The sun was shining directly on it, so it was very apparent to diners.

However, the food at PF Chang’s no matter the location is consistent and always flavorful and delicious. Service on this day was a bit slow, but the server, who was very friendly, had many tables all ordering and/or finishing at the same time, so that to me is more of a host/hostess seating issue, not a server issue.

As much as I love PF Chang’s, I will find it difficult to eat here again because of the poor condition of the dining room.

Thank Kathy B

Presentation of the food is great. Service is also good but most of the food items need some extra "flavor". Best item are the ribs. Less than stellar the signature dessert bananas dumpling tempura. Bananas had taste but tempura batter was hard with no taste. Sauce also no taste.

6 PM meal. Changed their batter. Normally Salt and Pepper Prawns in a tempura type light batter. This time in a heavy batter which made them very unpleasant. For $19.50 for about 8 shrimp expect better consistency. The "brown rice" is a loser. Skip it. Is like a lump of clay and tasteless. Hot n Sour Soup very good. Service was sketchy. Not excited about returning at these prices and this qulaity.

Had dinner here on a Saturday night around 5:00 pm. There were no dinner specials and it's pricey for Chinese food. The ingredients are fresh and our food was ok, but nothing special. I think the place is overrated.
