The Hideaway is a small restaurant with a large, diverse menu to please anyone. Similar to restaurants in neighboring towns such as The Little Pub. The parking lot is not paved, and it is oddly shaped - enter slowly to prevent fender benders. Inside is a large bar area near the entrance and a rustic restaurant section (e.g stone/wood and fireplace) with seating that is a bit crowded. Diners and see into the bar area to view 3 large flat screen TVs. The menu includes a large selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, and hot entrees. The food is well prepared and the portions are good size. Servers are eager to please. Children are welcome. A great place for an upscale lunch or an inexpensive dinner.
