The hotel occupies a fantastic position round the bay, a 10 minute flat walk to the town with many tavernas, shops cafes etc.
Our room was on the upper level with splendid views of the water and hills beyond. I think most if not all rooms will have a similar view.
The breakfast area also has these views. The choice at breakfast is excellent and in the Greek tradition of cakes, fruit, yoghurt honey, eggs, fruit juice etc.
The room was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel. Very comfortable bed. A dressing table would have been useful.
The best taverna we found was Tsiribis.
This is in the opposite direction to the town along a quiet road, and through a small fishing and boatyard. Eaten there several times, always fantastic.
