The Hygienic is not simply an art gallery, although it is that as well. There are wonderful musicians performing regularly In the outdoor park during the summer and plenty of opportunities to party. This place Is a mainstay in New London!

Went for a concert in the park. Tables and chairs sprinkled in between trees and bushes. Good sound system and sight lines. A summer concert outside with a bar was fun and we would return for another.

Kudos to the Hygienic Arts Gallery. They are the leaders of the movement to bring local and cutting edge out of region art to the area. With various events throughout the year and now a wonderful Arts Park adjacent to the Gallery Hygienic is here to stay and thanks for that!

Check out the website for various showings and events. While not a fan of the arts I do appreciate what these fine people have done and continue to do to broaden the horizons of the local and regional citizens.
