This restaurant is a new pop-up from the owners of another fantastic spot in town, and it doesn't disappoint. The restaurant is tucked back in the rear of the Mystic Boat Yard, and can be a bit of a muddy trip in wet weather (the boat yard is partially a dirt lot). The staff is excellent and the service is quick and friendly, but can be a tad bit slower during peak hours. The food however, is well worth the journey and the wait. The clam chowder is out of this world delicious with its generous portions of bacon, clams, potatoes, and a rich briny broth. The salads are crisp and fresh, and come in a variety of styles. My wife ordered the Clam Chowder and the Kale-Panzanella Salad both times that we visited here on my week off of work. I, both times as well, ordered the "BLT+E Burger" which is a delicious flame kissed burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and fried egg, all on a delicious brioche bun. The food is excellent, and the restaurant views are even better, as it sits on the waterfront property with views of the Mystic Rivers, Mystic Boat Yard, and even the Mystic Drawbridge.
