Nice clean motel. Our accessible room was fully accessible, clean, good A/C, very comfy bed, fridge, micro, coffee maker. Chair was broken and very old. Breakfast was lacking - coffee, juice and cereal. Definitely did not live up to the rating.

I thought this was a decent hotel until I saw the pool and dripping ceilings. The pool room was straight out of a Saw movie flickering lights included. The pool had no working filter and at five feet deep we couldn't see our legs, we were swimming into hair balls. I ended up with bacterial infections in both ears and shingles. Shingles may not have been caused by pool but I know my painful ear infections were caused by it. The room however had a very nice bed and was very clean. The artwork was sparce and from the eighties. It looked as if it may have been a work in progress, so maybe it will improve. The free breakfast was terrible compared to other Wyndham properties, vending machines were empty and there were no ice machines. Staff was friendly.....I will forever remember this trip bc of the scary, hepatitis pool.

room was musty smelling but beds where ok. only

two overhead lights work at pool, hot tub down. they said due for reno soon as to why hoy tub not fixed. grab and go breakfast only had oatmeal no pasteries or fruit, yogurt. over all not bad for price

Horrible. The hotel smelled. The bed was uncomfortable. The elevator was scary. The carpets were disgusting. The hotel looked abandoned from outside. Would never stay here again. Wyndham should either fix it or dump it. It's an embarrassment.

Don’t stay here! From the landing before the lobby and into the front I observed mold, filth, cigarette butts, broken water pipe and a significant stench of foul Oder.
The lobby also smelled like a wet washcloth, in addition the ATM out of order the entire 3 day stay.
The room was decent, not with an Oder, however the floor landing was dark and stank also.
The bathroom in the room had a light out the entire time, even though I alerted the housekeeper and is still out. The air conditioning did not cool well and the curtains were covered in dust.
The bathroom counter was splitting from the corners. The shower curtain was clean, however the water from the faucet was not hot - 117degrees as what is required. Luke warm.
I imagined what the restaurant was like and for sure it had the same ambivalence. Not too much to comment other than the 10/6 server was. Wry attentive and did not scuff around as the 10/5 server did.
In dummy, this hotel cast a negative reflection on Wyndom Flag. I am a Hilton Honors member and only stay at Hamptons.
This place needs to be closed down.

Where to begin? The place stinks...I mean stinks of mildew. Stinks! Hallways, room, everywhere. The stench coming out of my a/c unit was horrible as well. Overall, the room appeared clean but stunk to high heaven. Everything that I had with me needs to be washed thoroughly, and shoes, etc. are outside airing out. This can't be healthy.

This morning, I was greeted at the breakfast area by some kid spitting into the trash can right by the coffee and tea area, along with a few friends cheering him on. The staff seemed unbothered, one of the kid's fathers who apparently is an employee of the hotel, was rude and cursed at me when he heard that this had been reported. Lovely. This spitter was with friends that became threatening, and I decided to check out a day early. I'm not easily frightened but I felt the need to protect myself. I also wonder why the kids were piling plates with food. Were they guests? Was the father letting the kids eat food meant for guests?

I have stayed in hotels all over the US and the rest of the world. This was, without exception, the worst place I have ever stayed. I understand that there is a new owner....I wonder if he/she knows how this place is run. Maybe they need to be around more....
