Extremely comfortable bed and accomodations. We enjoyed most the courtesy and service of the staff. We came late and Jasmine checked us in. She was so sweet, accommodating and was more than willing to help and assist with a huge smile on for any question we had (and we did ask a lot of questions).
Definitely recommend and if we're in the area again, I'm sure this one will be our pick. Hopefully Jasmine will be here next time too.

I have stayed here several times for family functions as I am originally from this area. Today, upon checking in and being asked the reason for my stay in a friendly way, I told the woman at the desk that I was staying for the wake and funeral of a close friend. When I got back to the room after the wake, I found a beautiful sympathy card signed by many of the staff. What a very nice and thoughtful gesture that lifted my spirits after a very difficult day. This has always been a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay, and now, I know that it is staffed by special people.

I understand that while you might not have traveled to our property under the best of circumstances, it is truly amazing that we were able to make your stay with us as peaceful and compassionate as possible. Great staff and great experience, the rooms were clean and the hotel was also conveniently located near a mall and many food places. I thought there would be a lot of noise because of how close it is to the highway but you can barely hear any noise.

While the hotel had a decent facade, my stay was unfortunately marred by maintenance issues.
The walls were incredibly thin, offering zero soundproofing. I could hear every noise from neighboring rooms, including someone stomping around at 3 am.
The room itself was underwhelming. The climate control wasn't functioning properly. Despite setting the thermostat to 70 degrees, the room remained uncomfortably warm at 78 degrees. To top it off, the bathroom had mold in the corners and a faulty door that wouldn't close.
Overall, this stay fell short of expectations. I'll definitely be looking elsewhere for accommodations next time I'm in the area.

Clean room, room service does a great job.
There are plenty of places to shop and eat ny this hotel and its right off the highway, but far enough from the highway that you dont hear any road noise. Wonderful stay!!
