If you like smoked meats, this is the place to go. I had the burnt ends (charred brisket tips), my husband had the pork shoulder and brisket and we both had the sweet potato mash and onion rings. These came with pickles and toast. Their meats are smoked dry rubbed and not smothered with sauce, which I would have hated. Happily, they serve the sauces on the side: six different kinds so you can try them all, have as much or as little as you want or mix them together to make your own unique sauce. I gave it four stars only because the piece of brisket I stole from my husband's plate was tough, the toast was just ordinary white bread, and the baskets of food were lined with paper that got soaked and tore as you cut your meat. Notwithstanding, the meats were tasty (my husband said the rest of the brisket was tender), the sweet potato mash was cinnamony and tangy, and the onion rings were crisp. And the price was reasonable.
