We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your stay. We apologize for the parking mishap, you should have been assigned a different parking spot at check-in.
Many properties, especially condominiums in mountain resorts like Snowmass, do not offer air conditioning. As is stated in each unit's description on our website, the cool nights are usually enough to keep the condos comfortable. We do provide fans and my understanding is that as soon as you mentioned the fan and door situation, our Maintenance Manager proceeded quickly to your unit with another fan and fixed the door lock.
We apologize that we were unaware of your desire for luggage assistance. Because of COVID19, we have found most guests prefer minimal contact with our staff handling their property. Our staff is always happy to assist with requests.
