Everything about the property including ALL staff - front desk, at the gym, maids and the drivers/handyman are and have always been outstanding. We've been going for years. Way back they were booked and we got stuck staying at another condo property....never again..
Love the rooms, ski in ski out and ski racks...

We look for ski in ski out places to stay. Our visit started with friendly staff carrying all our gear, luggage, etc from our car to our room. Stonebridge is the best location in Snowmass. Halfway between the Mall and village - 5 min easy walk to both. We rented #643 a four-bedroom unit overlooking the ski lifts. The beds were comfortable and the unit is well equipped. The two hot tubs are hot with powerful jets and the pool is well heated too.

We stayed at Stonebridge Condominiums in mid-July.
The front desk assigned us a parking space that had a construction receptacle in it. So we returned to the desk to get a new assignment.
Then there was no offer or person to help get our bags to the 2nd floor.
Next we found difficulty in getting the key to unlock the door to our condo...at first and every time we entered.
It was well equipped with 2 small bathrooms and a kitchen.
The pool was very nice and shared with the Stonebridge Inn. But due to Covid, we had to make a reservation for one hour.
The Housekeeper was the bright spot of our stay.
She brought fresh towels and notified the office to fix the window lock and bring us a working, bigger fan.
The condo was warm In the daytime in July, and it has no air conditioning. This was not in the prior info given to us.
In the night, we discovered that the sliding window would not unlock to get the outside air. Also the small fan in the bedroom only operated on the lowest speed.
We thought the sectional sofa and comforters had dated and tired fabrics, and were at the end of their useful life.
We would not return to, or recommend, Stonebridge Condominiums.
We were disappointed that Trip Advisor rated it with 5 stars.

We are sorry to hear that you were not pleased with your stay. We apologize for the parking mishap, you should have been assigned a different parking spot at check-in.
Many properties, especially condominiums in mountain resorts like Snowmass, do not offer air conditioning. As is stated in each unit's description on our website, the cool nights are usually enough to keep the condos comfortable. We do provide fans and my understanding is that as soon as you mentioned the fan and door situation, our Maintenance Manager proceeded quickly to your unit with another fan and fixed the door lock.
We apologize that we were unaware of your desire for luggage assistance. Because of COVID19, we have found most guests prefer minimal contact with our staff handling their property. Our staff is always happy to assist with requests.

Was extremely clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful views, great hiking. Was a great place to stay with family. The mountain biking provided a great activity for my husband and son. Had all the comforts of home.

Condos nicely appointed with lots of amenities (pool, gym and ski valet). Perfect access to gondola and Village Express chairlift. Easy walk to either Base Village or Mall for shopping and dining.
Pretty Views of ski area and down valley. Helpful staff. Free airport shuttle.

Cant thank the wonderful staff enough. From management to house staff to Dale who is always there to make you smile. W e had to leave earlier than planned due to cov19, but the fortnight we did have there was as wonderful as the other 9 times we have been there. People in Snowmass are friendly welcoming, great skiing, great restaurants eg Saki, Slice for a ski in ski out snow holiday, with the options of heated pool spas gym right at your fingertips I think its ideal.
