More of a motel. Rooms are simple and clean. They provided a small micro and fridge. Pillows were nice. Mattress was average and sleepable.

Front desk staff was friendly, but didn't provide any info about the wifi or breakfast. The wifi worked fine, but breakfast wasn't out when I left at 6:30am, so I assume it starts later.

The pool/hot tub area and halls were also clean and simple, but I had to bring my own towel to the pool.

Rooms are definitely not sound proof! I could hear people talking in the halls and the next room's TV, & I could also hear the water running through pipes when the room either above or next door (not sure which) flushed the toilet. Fortunately, the room heat/cool fan worked great, so I could drown it out with some white noise.

The room was a little overpriced for what you get, but it serves the purpose comfortably enough.

The major plus here is the location and price. The breakfast is ho-hum, the rooms are passable, and the staff is fairly gruff and not especially friendly - but if it's one night passing through and you need a clean bed at a reasonably priced hotel this place is a decent option, and the view is nice.

We stayed for one night prior to a hut trip. The room was average, clean but nothing fancy. The staff was efficient in checking us in, just not very friendly. Didn't say anything to us about the wi-fi or the breakfast. Breakfast doesn't start until 7:00 a.m. Because we had to be a the trailhead at 7:00 a.m., we were not able to partake of the breakfast, so just be sure to plan for that if you have to be out of the hotel early.

I had previously stayed in most of the other properties next door and nearby. This is definitely the worst. Rooms are spacious but old, outdated and in a disappointing state. Pillows were tiny and terrible (2 flimsy per bed), toiletries poor, breakfast offerings weak (only 3 small tables for the whole hotel), hot tub jets worthless, lobby like a trailer home, wifi so slow it was at times unusable (and completely open), carpets and trim in very poor state, service poor (1 bath towel in 2 queen bed room first day), etc. It was fairly quiet except when people are in the hall outside your room. Pay the extra twenty plus dollars per night to stay elsewhere. It's worth it.

Not too impressed, breakfast was scarce.
Internet was on & off- annoying!
Only stayed there because of nearness to Breckenridge. Fairly expensive but it was Spring Break!
It was clean and comfortable.
Would stay somewhere else if possible.

Stayed: March 2017, travelled as a couple
