This large, regional indoor mall has two clear assets: 1) quite a few genuine outlet stores, with 60%-off style pricing everyday for name-brand apparel, shoes, toys, Eddie Bauer, Levis, Oakley etc. 2) It is rarely crowded - usually you will be waited on instantly. On the "whatever" side you have 3) no real focus or anchor - Super Target is the only big-box chain. 4) It has one of those 1.7% local development taxes added to every purchase; not a big deal unless you are going to buy a big ticket item.
