I have just three words: Flight of Benedicts. They have an array of Benedict choices; roughly a dozen. With the flight, one may choose three. I chose the standard with Black Forrest ham, the Cajun, and the hash.
The standard was exactly what you expect of a standard Benedict. Egg poached correctly, Hollandaise made well, et cetera.
The Cajun was a good blend of Cajun spices with a solid sausage link (split to fit on the biscuit). It was a great spin on a Benedict.
The hash was fantastic. A corned beef hash, made in-house, on the muffin with a poached egg and Hollandaise.
My wife got the special, which was a salmon Benedict with a not-quite-Hollandaise sauce. The salmon, we were told, was cured in house and it tasted like it.
Fantastic food, excellent service.
