When we checked in at the residence Inn we had a problem at the courtyard which is next-door and Nessa the front desk lady handled our problem professionally and she took the time to to work out our problem at the courtyard for us and also when we couldn't use the computer to print our boarding passes she was kind enough to help us through the front desk I would say she made us stay great.

I routinely stays at Residence Inn Marriott properties across the country, the DenverWest unit is noticeably behind others with its breakfast service on several fronts:
Fruits are often either lacking or not ripe, overall cleanliness and client service needs much improvement. In addition, most other Residence Inn have now all adopted a more environmental friendly approach and offer alternatives to foam plates, plastic silverware and other throw-away cups etc.
It's time to get with the program, you're in Colorado!

The room was clean and accommodating, however, the ceiling above the tub significantly leaked water, was noisy, and splashed water on the floor . After calling the front desk, they didn't offer to promptly address the issue, explained it was from the room above when they used their shower, and seemed to already know about it.

This place is somewhere I would not mind staying for long periods at a time.they offer free Continental breakfast every morning and free meals at night 3 days out of the week.they have a very good staff member named Darryl that caters to your every need during breakfast and honestly makes it worth going and getting something to eat in the lobby/dining room instead of going out to breakfast or making your own.(really nice and funny guy).the customer service at the front desk are also amazing and cater to anything they can help with.i recommend this place over and over again.will continue to stay here when in need of a great hotel.

Darryll, is a great host, he keeps dining area running smoothly; the breakfast is great with a variety to choose from, Darryll always have a pleasant word for the guests. The front desk staff are pleasant and accommodating.
