Based on a recommendation I booked the Super Shuttle from my hotel back to the airport. I tried to switch to an earlier pickup when I discovered they were coming to pick up earlier. The app kept crashing so I had to call. They told me it was too late to switch. I asked why, they hesitated, then I asked if the earlier one was full and the operator said yes. Approximately 10 minutes later I received a call from the driver asking if he could pick me up earlier. The early shuttle was not full, they had him spotted to pick up, drive down town to pick up, then return to pick me up. The driver said that the people that answer the phones are not local so they are not aware of the local logistics. Sounds like chaos to me. Not something I like to deal with before I even arrive at the airport.

Take the RTD, less than 1/2 price, less than 1/2 the time, and a lot less hassle!

The driver did not show-up and I almost missed my flight. I was told to take a taxi at cost of $95. I got a receipt but it did not include the time pick-up time on it and Super Shuttle refused to reimburse me. They never apologies for failing to pick me up in the first place. Do not use them. Find another company that’s reliable.

Paid for a residential pickup at 0510 several days in advance (with confirmation number). 0525 driver finally shows on locator, but is across town. End up having to drive to airport and pay for parking. Nothing from company except a new email canceling my reservation. Will not use again and highly recommend against for anything other than from the airport. What are the odds they’ll pay for the $160 in parking fees they caused me to incur?

I had a shuttle scheduled to pick me up from the Denver airport Oct 27. I paid the extra to be, what I thought was the only passenger on the van so I could get to my hotel right away. I did this so I could be at a meeting by 530 pm. This would have given me enough time to get to my hotel and freshen up. First the shuttle was about 15 min late, Second , when the driver showed up he told me the van would be full and when I told him I paid extra to get to my hotel he said that what I paid for was to be dropped off first. He then told me they were short on vans and that I would have to get a hold of the company for a refund. I ended up being the 3rd stop out of 5. What should have taken a half hour to arrive at my hotel now turned into an hr and a half. This made me very late for my meeting. Then when you contact the company about getting a refund you have to email them and someone should be calling or getting a hold of you within 7 days. I did that and I'm still yet to hear from anyone. I guess they don't care about customer service. They can reach me at brianlink81607@yahoo.com. Im not going back and forth through tripadvisor.

They still stick you on vans with hoards of people and multiple stops!!!!! Person at checkin is incompetent as he sent me to wrong place for pickup!!! Their name should be super shittle!!! I will not use them again!!!
