Traveled to Denver on business and will definitely stay here again, whether for work or pleasure. Room was outstanding with large desk, fast Internet, iPhone-compatible alarm clock, and a whirlpool bathtub. The staff was really accommodating and helpful, too, with questions and special requests. The hot breakfast was fairly good (complimentary national newspapers available, not just US News), the milk and cookies in the evening were a nice surprise, and the concierge had some great recommendations for activities: only a couple of blocks from the pedestrian mall and a fifteen-minute walk to the Capitol, Denver Art Museum, and public library (an architectural gem). Public transportation is also a block or two away in any direction.

Location is excellent, with being so close to the 16th street mall. In walking distance to a lot of attractions, places to eat, and enjoy. Friendly and helpful staff and the amenities are excellent as well. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

The Magnolia is one of the few hotels that I have experienced that is the full package. It has a modern decor with elegant old-school charm. The lobby, bar and lower lobby all have comfortable and inviting sitting areas. My "room" is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen area, dining table for 6, living room with flat screen TV, large bathroom and bedroom with a King bed and another TV. It was immaculately clean. The hotel serves a free breakfast buffet each morning consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, pastries, juice and coffee. From 5 to 6:30 the hotel offers a free Happy Hour. Harry's Bar has a freindly atmosphere and serves good, fresh food and drinks. Lastly, the Magnolia is centrally located and only half a block from the 16th Street Mall.

Location was perfect. We walked everywhere. We also took advantage of the free transit system at the 16th Street mall which was on the next block. We had the option to self park vs valet which saved us a few bucks. (more to spend at the awesome happy hours nearby) Would definitely recommend this property to friends and stay there again. ONLY DOWNSIDE - no pool. This would have come in handy in 90 degree weather.
