We had a great experience at this hotel because of a fantastic manager named Seth! For some reason, when we booked, a handicapped room had inadvertently been requested. While it would have been very well appointed had we needed a wheelchair, it was not conducive for our needs. The second morning, we went to the front desk, where Seth (with a smile, I might add!) Immediately booked a different room for our next two nights. In addition, all the staff, including housekeeping, has been very efficient and friendly. We especially appreciated the free breakfast coupons that we used each morning. The restaurant staff was so accommodating, and greeted us as if they had known us forever! Since there are two towers to this hotel, maneuvering around is a bit confusing at first. However, once we figured out the elevator setup and the parking situation, everything went smoothly. More
