This was our first time (not sure what took us so long!) to enjoy an amazing birthday dinner celebration at the Capital Grille. We were greeted with a table covered with fun confetti and a birthday card. Our starter was the Tuna Tartare Tower (with guacamole and cucumber) and we loved the freshness an brightness of this dish. My cup of lobster bisque did not skimp on the bits of lobster. Try it with the hint of sherry. My husband had a great Caesar salad. Salmon and New York Strip were our choice of entrees. I liked the steak with the bone on to add to the flavor. And the lobster mac and cheese was perfectly crisped on top with big chunks of lobster. Obviously we had enough for a doggie bag to take home. To acknowledge the birthday celebration, we were presented with a lovely dessert of both chocolate dessert and a key lime pie. Needless to say we were stuffed. And while the food was stellar, the customer service was nothing short of amazing as well. Thanks to David our server and Nick the manager, our celebration event was memorable. Due to some miscommunication on MY part, I received the wrong entree. And while it was clearly my fault, Nick and David bent over backwards to make it right. Thanks so much for the extra attention! We are going back in a month to celebrate our upcoming anniversary.

Went here to celebrate the last night of our stay in Denver. The service was truly excellent, but there were several things that keep me from a more favorable review. 1st, we were seated in a small room with no view to the main restaurant which was frustrating. 2nd, my steak was cooked properly, but overly salted. Lastly, they had only the most basic choices of beers, which seems odd given that Colorado is know for there microbreweries.

The managements should understand that beer connoisseurs expect the same respect as those who enjoy wine. All of these things were very frustrating given the prices. The bright spots were Briana's service, the corn soup, and the old fashion, but the negatives outweighed the positives.

Had dinner here recently with come work colleagues. Food was very good. We had appetizers, salads and various mains (Steak, Fish and Lamb). Needless to say the plates were all empty. Like all these steak houses, it's family style sides made for sharing, so make sure if you're a groups you have people that like similar sides. The pricing, is what it is. Personally I find all these steakhouses have gotten way overpriced, but people still go and they are still busy, so.............

Overall good food, good wine, great service as you would find at most Capital Grille restaurants.

My wife an I are regular customers of the Boca Raton ,Florida sister restaurant, and of course expected an equivalent good experience.
We both asked for a medium cooked filet mignon, and they brought it almost rare...
The manager Janet Garcia promptly corrected the situation, and we were able to eat a great steak as expected.A nice dessert was offered as well, which was appreciated.
