Went there for dinner on a Tuesday night. Was seated immediately. Service was super friendly and the waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. I had a NA Beer and a Bahn Mi bowl. Huge portions. Very fulfilling - i could not finish the whole entrée - very enjoyable dinner

Saying the food here is incredible would be an understatement… without a doubt a true dining experience. Whoever gave this place anything less than a 4/5 (which is still low in my opinion), was probably looking for a steak on the menu. Aside from the food being great, the staff was just a good. My server, Sonny, was friendly and very helpful when going over the menu (ended up getting the sage gnocchi and the sesame crusted tofu). Hats off to this place, I will definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful dining experience- FANTASTIC vegan food with many choices for any taste, awesome drinks (especially smokin’ citrus and passion fruit daiquiri) and yummy cookies and pastries! The food came out very fast and was delicious. Music and ambiance were very pleasant. Waiting staff is lovely - a must go in Denver!

It’s a vegan restaurant, and I ain’t Vegan! Lol! My sister, and my wife and I went here because my sis said it was great. My travels around the world have shown me you can find some hidden gems if you just keep an open mind, and I’ve had some damn good food at Vegan restaurants, so we went. We had butternut squash soup, which didn’t taste like the soup I’d had before, but it was awesome. I also had a pancake soufflé with banana slices, and blueberries, which was superb. Sweet without being overwhelming, went really well with the good coffee. There was what looked like a blueberry syrup. I think it might have made things too sweet.

What a AMAZING experience at Watercourse! Seriously, top notch vegan food!!! To die for!!

We stopped by for breakfast on a Sunday during our Denver trip. The server we had was the sweetest human being ever!!! He gave us local tips for our vegan spots & was a amazing server. The food came out pretty quickly & was hot & fresh!

The decor of this place is STUNNING! We loved the entire vibe of the place!

We got:

The breakfast sandwich- delicious! Filling & a nice portion! We got it on the croissant - which can I say, was the best vegan croissant I’ve ever had! The “egg” patty was delicious and the vegan bacon was to die for! The aioli completed it with a nice creamy touch!

Biscuits & gravy- to die for! The biscuit was moist and the gravy flavorful!

We got a couple goodies from the case to go from the local bakery & was also blown away!

Vegan or not- come here for delicious, local & hand crafted foods! Everything is home made & by scratch! Wish we were local because we would LIVE here!!
