We were walking around what will be our new neighborhood and looking for a nice spot to chill and get a quick drink and snack. Having no idea it was even vegetarian we popped in just based on curb appeal and the hope there might be one or two veggie options. We were pleasantly surprised to see that everything was actually vegan, with a huge range from fresh and healthy to might-as-well-be-meat options. Not only that, but we had our choice of juices, teas, coffees, kombuchas, beers AND liquor. We couldn't decide so we had some of the fun and well-made cocktails which combined multiple categories (shandy for me and kombucha champagne for my gf)

The seitan wings were awesome; they offered us a plate with mixed BBQ and buffalo sauces and my mouth is literally watering now thinking of them.

The "crab" cakes were good but compared to the wings not quite as memorable (perhaps because the wing sauces are so intensely flavorful that the cakes subtler flavor was overpowered). The fresh salsa/chutney that accompanied them was great.

Not eating meat and being allergic to eggs, I am very excited to have found this spot and look forward to returning. I'll have to try the all day breakfast next time!

Went for a solo dinner for my first visit at watercourse. The service was top notch, beet Wellington was spectacular, and got dessert to-go; a perfect evening treat. Loved the decor and everything about it! Look forward to going back!

we are vego and aussie. we were recommended by hotel concierge. food was poor quality and tasteless, the service was erratic and no intuitive nor consistent. its all fine to be cool ( K) and hip and swing around wearing shorts and a hip t shirt as wait staff but there are minimum expectations and these were not met i.e. getting a second glass for the second guest for sparkling water. the food was uninspiring and to be honest tasteless. it was also more expensive than the good vego/vegan cafes in town. denver has good vego scene but this place for all its hype and coolness was pretty disappointing. would we come back?
to denver yes great city- to watercourse no sadly , it was an unsatisfactory experience.

Amazing vegan comfort food.

Get your meat-free fix of classics like biscuits & gravy, 'chicken' & waffles, tacos, BBQ, mac n' cheese, burgers, po' boy, wings, pancakes and more. Bring your carnivorous friends that think vegan food is foreign and weird and they'll most likely become more open-minded.

They're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and serve the morning menu all day!
