We came to Colorado hoping to see beauty, but we never expected to find beauty, peace, and quiet in the middle of a city! This place did just that for us! Trees of all kinds, bird songs, ponds, and even a tiny waterfall. You could spend 30 minutes or an entire day in this little bit of Paradise!

It’s definitely a chick place. Not for the macho men, HOWEVER,the chicks dig it!!!

Gentlemen, if you want to impress your lady, spend an afternoon here. And it’s really not that bad. I promise.

We visited the garden for the cactus show and sale and can't wait to go back in a few months when more is blowing outside. The show is annual and although small is very good. They have a large room with sale items and then the judging room with all the show cactus. What fun.

We then moved on and visited the indoor exhibits of the gardens and the outdoors to the degree that some things are blowing and showing. The conservator is fabulous. The more time you spend looking the more you will see. Lots to see if you take the time. We also visited the small cactus house. Although small and the bed needs a bit of cleanup they really do have a wide variety. They had carefully labeled each unique plant and then have a printed listing with the name to view. Great resource.

Was a nice day to walk around out side. Although just a bit early for much to be out you can see how fabulous it will be in a month. We hope to be back in August for the water plant exhibit and to see more outside.

They have a nice cafe for a break with a small selection of treats. There is also another food cafe open in the warmer weather. Also great free parking in their covered garage across the street.

This is one of our favorite weekend destinations in Denver. It's a beautifully kept, fascinating place with various types of gardens, fantastic flowers, tucked-away corners with benches, reflection pools, fountains, ponds, and a jaw-dropping tropical greenhouse. There are regular sculpture and art exhibits, concerts, a couple of great little restaurants, some great permanent exhibits. There is a children's garden that is fun for kids under 10, the gift shop has really nice things, and the annual plan sales are great.
