We stayed for three nights and loved it! Very friendly welcome and orientation by Tina, all staff we met was very nice and helpful. Breakfasts were rich and delicious, with some local grown foods, you can also choose to eat outside in the back garden. Snacks and wine are offered 5:00pm to 7:00pm, wifi is fast. Quiet, yet central location, about one mile to Molly Brown Hose, the Capitol and 16th Street Mall. Convenient, complimentary parking at the back of the property. We stayed in the Columbine room on the middle level and it was lovely. Definitely recommended.

Stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic stay. The property is historic and beautiful. Good location about ten minutes walk to broadway and other hotels. The staff are wonderful and the breakfasts each morning were great. You can eat in the garden outside which is great in the summer months. A very pleasant BnB. Many of the other guests had stayed here two or three times in the past and make this their regular accommodation when visiting Denver.

We spent just 1 night here, but it still was very enjoyable stay as we had really spacious master bedroom room (i think it was called Fountain or so?). It really was a nice one with four or five windows so it is really is very bright. Especially in the morning when were slowly and gently woken up by sun shine. The room had nice view of nearby park. Hot tube was super relaxing too. :) Overall the place was very nicely maintained, clean and quiet.
Was just not sure about the area/neighborhood itself... Personally had a feeling was not quite good or friendly. Remember driving to this place and honestly, was wondering what streets we were crossing (which were really nearby) and you don't wanna walk. Especially after dark..
But around the B&B it looked fine, we didnt encounter any issues.
The price was bit higher per night, but we traveled during the peak season, so I guess it is all right..

Room Tip: All the rooms seemed to be rather nicely documented directly on B&B website. Check them out there.

Beautiful place and the home cooked breakfast was amazing. My arrival was delayed but they were very accommodating. The location was good with many places within walking distance and bus stops nearby. Wish I had stayed an extra night or two.

My husband booked a surprise getaway to Denver and found the Queen Anne all on his own. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived very early and our room was just being cleaned. The staff checked us in and had our luggage moved to our room while we went out to explore and walk down to the Denver Zoo. (It is about a 2 mile walk to the zoo, but it is safe and a great way to check out the neighborhood).

We stayed in the rooftop room that has a private hot tub on the deck which overlooks downtown Denver. There is quite a bit of construction going on but it was quiet at night and you still get a glimpse of the mountains. Because we were at the top of the house there is an angle to the ceiling and you have to be careful not to hit your head in the shower. My husband is tall and never had a problem, still something to be mindful of.

Every night there is a social hour with free local wine and some small appetizers. We met some of the other guests and had a great time getting to know others from different parts of the country. The next morning ( and every other morning) breakfast was fantastic. Always there were some continental breakfast choices but the fresh made items were very delicious and we left full after each meal. Our favorite meal was homemade waffles with bananas, blueberries and strawberries. We met the owner one morning as he came to make breakfast. He gave us a lot of ideas on how to spend our day and also recommended some places for dinner.

Despite the Queen Anne being located downtown and being full, it was very quiet. I will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Denver.

Room Tip: The Rooftop is great if you want it a little more private and your own outdoor hot tub,
