We skied 4 days and stayed 5 nights. Positives were convenient location, ample free parking and free on mountain ski valet. Don’t use the mountain lockers as the walk is very short in ski boots. Fitness center was small, but nice. Smaller inside/outside pool was great. Lobby was warm and inviting with a gas fireplace and plenty of luggage carts. Don’t know if there was bell service as we didn’t ask. Nice small gift shop if you forgot something. We didn’t use the buses. It was very close to the various bus stops. Stayed in 324 and it was a clean 1 bedroom with two full baths. More than enough hot water.
Negatives were hot tub was hot but the jets didn’t work. Housekeeping was hit or miss to get them. I know every room is individually appointed. Ours lacked a toaster and was very sparsely stocked as we had 4 bowls, 4 plates and 3 coffee cups. Coffee maker was too small, but did operate well. Dishwasher worked well and often as we had to run it due to lack of dish ware. Overall nice stay. We would return.More
