An anthropologist visits strange tribes to view their odd customs. You can do the same on The Hill, an area only a few blocks in size that hosts thousands of young people plus homeless people plus any others attracted to the buzz of activity. The art store is worth a visit because you are there with very fine (and expensive) art gear ...and artists! -- whom you can feel moving through the space, deciding on their next great art-piece. Very enjoyable to converse with people at coffee shops. Then, of course, write up your anthropological notes and send them to your friends.
