We had lunch at Bouchon years ago - just by chance. This year, on our drive through CA to the Oregon coast we made it a point to return and what a wonderful dinner we had.
We both had the moules and frites, shared a delicious bottle of Chablis, a salad and profiteroles for dessert. Almost the same food as the first time. We are totally a fan of Bouchon and would definitely recommend it for lunch or dinner.
The atmosphere is lively. Even we were leaving shortly after 10pm there were tables just starting their meals and enjoying it. Very diverse cliental. The service is outstanding; Thomas Keller uses Bouchon as the proving ground and the attention to detail is noticeable.
Absolutely a delightful evening!
