This review is for our recent experience.
My husband and I recently stayed at this centrally located WeHo (West Hollywood) apartment for our son's recent Cedars Sinai surgery.
The Owner, M (initials for privacy sake), was so wonderful, kind, sweet, and extremely Responsive & Pro-Active. She was in constant contact, before, during, and after our stay.
Whenever we had questions/requests, she was on top of it/responded timely.
This is Customer Service (even though I wasn't asking for) - a BIGGIE IN MY BOOK.

The apt was 1 mile from the hospital, a huge thing when you are sleep deprived.
It was in a gated apt, with ALL the ameneties (& plus) that a seasoned traveller could ask for..
Granted, we weren't looking for 4 Seasons Hotel, but we have been timeshare owners for over 25 years, and have certain expectations.

BIGGIE - Air Conditioning (during the heat wave); Fridge/Freezer & Stove (so we could shop & save (although most of our eating was near-by Restaurants/take-out).
Security - Privated, Gated Garage with individual Stall (I am a woman, and this is a very important issue for me).
SURPRISE - Small Pool (but we never got an opportunity to use/at hospital).

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessed by stairs (our only issue while moving luggage).. It was a wonderful place to come back and crash (hubby and I took turns staying at the hospital, so a pleasure to sleep in a real bed, and take a shower with no nurses, etc. traipsing in and out.

Eating Recommendations:
#1 - Bristol Farms (there is an Albertson's across the street but we were looking their yummy sandwiches and mini sticky buns. And their fruit is a cut above.
#2 - Vito's (?) Pizza place down the street - yummy NY style pizza (still have to yelp), MASSIVE CALZONE ($15, but several meals - love the double cheese); and the Dr. ? - chocolate pudding - YUMMY!
#3 - BCN (Barcelona/Spanish sandwiches) - #1-Ham/Grilled Cheese - yum; #2-Calamari Sandwich; #3-Gazpacho - ZING - YUMMY, YUMMY, TART SENSATION!!!
#4 - Darn - we missed L.A. Restaurant Week - but we had higher priorities (had to cancel)

They were deeply appreciated in a very stressfull time.
