This hotel seems to be a airport hotel, so my guess travelers do not have a car. It is in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants close by and no transportation. That alone is a little frustrating. The hotel is generally clean but very disappointed with the rooms. Our room was not very clean and the bathroom we ended up doing a quick clean. For a Marriott, I was very disappointed and I feel it wasn't up to Marriott standards. The staff was polite but not attentive to our concerns. But we were there for only 8 hours and it worked for us, but we will not return.

Thank you for staying with us and taking time to write this review. I would like to apologize if my team had missed to inform you about our shuttle within 2 mile radius that can bring you to the local restaurants in the area. We are taking your concerns as an opportunity for improvement. We hope that you will still consider our hotel your choice of stay when your travels bring back in the Bay Area.

Decent hotel, great location (near my offices), 3 miles from airport. It's a Courtyard...not a Ritz. You'll see some crazy reviews, but it's a good place. Predictably, just like every other Courtyard you'll go to (which I like for business)...not super high end, not luxurious, but it's clean/updated and the staff is nice. I have stayed here 200+ times and would recommend. Beautiful place to walk along the water right behind hotel...not too much else to do without involving transportation. 5 mins from SFO, 20-25 mins from city.

Our hotel in downtown couldn't accommodate us the night we arrived so we opted to stay near the airport and pick up a car the next day. Marriott is always our first choice because of their comfortable beds & pillows. The hotel offers an airport shuttle that serves other local hotels so the wait & travel time is rather long. Plan ahead to allow for that. The staff was friendly & accommodating. There were no charge for parking. Close drive to good restaurants in the area. Situated in a small bay, there is a walking/running path that takes you along the water. Very nice.

Stayed here after landing at sfo. The shuttle journey is infrequent and lengthy. Room was a decent size but very noisy old fashioned aircon which we turned off at night. Decent bed, food was pretty good an reasonable price which is lucky as the hotel is in an office area with nearby options. We only stayed here as the airport marriott was full. I probably wouldnt stay here again.

This hotel wouldn't be bad if they didn't charge us 30,000 Marriott points. Room was dark, bed not inviting, terrible TV. Room was like a Motel 6. It's sad that Marriott bought Starwood because this is not the level of hotel we are accustomed to especially for the outrageous amount of points they charge.

Room Tip: Go someplace else
