Growing up I was always told, if you want good Chinese food, follow the Chinese. This philosophy has stuck with me, in particular it has allowed me to experience a type of Chinese food that real Chinese eat not this glazed over American version. The same goes for Dim Sum. Enter, Hung To Seafood. Wonderful, authentic Hong Kong style dim sum and you know its wonderful when chinese grandparents and others line up and fill the place for brunch every day.
I order "Puh Ehr" tea for digestion aid and I love the taste (goes good with the dim sum). Otherwise they give you standard Jasmine tea. Still good, but Puh Ehr better!
Next, all you do is sit back, relax and let the little ladies come by with steaming baskets of fresh dim sum made in house. Eat until your heart is content or your wallet is dented, either way dim sum at Hung To Seafood is yummy and worth it.
Please make a note that dim sum ends at 2pm.
