Visited with my husband and was instantly impressed with the friendly service.
We started our meal sharing the plantation fried chicken salad which was delicious along with some complimentary cornbread muffins.
I then had the jambalaya and my husband the Berkshire pork chop. The jambalaya was delicious and the pork chop described as 'awesome'. I had a small taste and it really was delicious.
We finished our meal sharing the Louisiana bread pudding soufflé which was a delight.
Far too much food but each mouthful fantastic.
The cocktails were also great and seved in large mason jars along with a martini glass - one $12 cocktail filled my glass about 4 times!
Loved the impromptu singing of a wonderful world too!
Thank you the palace - keep doing what you are doing!!
