We came in just for the soufflés we hear and read about. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately the soufflé wasn't very good. We ordered the dark chocolate after learning the bread pudding one has lots of raisins that can't be removed. When presented the soufflé looked right (for a traditional soufflé), but the taste and texture were way off. It was like a thick chewy dense cake with none of the qualities one would expect from a real soufflé. The flavor wasn't very rich and we only ate a few bites and left the rest. Sadly it wasn't worth the wait, dollars or calories.
