I`m not a big fan of Chinese food and only at the encouragement of a friend who spends a great deal of time in the Orient did I venture to this place.
The food os prepared without MSG and is fresh, local and in some case organic. The dishes are creative and unusual in their presentation. I get that there is a consciousness of putting good energy into what comes out of the kitchen.
As with all good restaurants, it starts whit ownership and their intention. This restaurant is owned by a hands on, extremely conscientious owner who oversees the preparation and presentation to achieve repeated quality.
