I think they have down scale the property I booked a premium room with the snack package. They use to have vending machine on the premium floor... gone.. when checking in was not notice has a Hilton Honor member and when choking into room no snacks. Had to call down to front desk ask about the package. I paid more for this and if would of not asked would not of received it... not impressed with the premium suite no better then regular suite. This was one of my favorite property not so much now very disappointed

Have had the opportunity to stay here numerous times over the past few years. The hotel is living in the 80s. It’s clean but needs a comprehensive overhaul. They finally emptied the indoor ponds of all the sad koi. That’s a positive step! The bathrooms are definitely in need of updates. The restaurant is marginal. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich for take out and it was burned. Ugh!

Stayed for a close location to wedding. Hotel is just off 101, good parking, quiet road. Has large atrium with waterfalls. Rooms are a bit tired, but very clean and the beds are comfortable. Free breakfast was very well done, and well attended. Happy hour is great. If you get a room by the restaurant area, it is noisy in the AM with the free breakfast. Staff very attentive and friendly. Could use a room update sometime in the future. Again, good parking and easy access to 101 north or south. Had one dinner in restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced.

Good hotel overall but the from desk staff needs training and appreciate your choice to stay there ! Good happy hour, good restaurant and good breakfast! Good value for the money! Clean but the waterfall smells like chlorine... hard to enjoy!
