Good food, nice portions and variety and reasonable prices. However, the service is poor. So if you have an appetite, and can handle poor service,. this is the place to go.l

4 stars for the food. I did not give 5 just because the service is lousy and the person is way too lazy or laid back :) For the food, it is excellent.

Sometimes hard to find is on Hospitality Lane behind the Chinese place Lotus Garden
The ambiance is ok, clean, with a good number of tables, but gets crowded.
Good place to try peruvian food. Food is good. Good place to try peruvian food you will find a good variety of traditional peruvian dishes. The traditional ceviche and tiradito are good here. You have to ask for spicy. if Lomo saltado, sautéed beef peruvian style flamed and slight soy sauce flavor is really good, juicy and with good flamed flavor, best choice here. Another good beef choice Anticuchos, grilled beef heart. Chicken, pollo a la brasa.Rotisserie chicken with peruvian flavor, was good. Good flavor and taste. We also tried papa rellena, dried stuffed potato fillled beef, which was ok not tha good. Chupe de canarones, shrimp soup was really good arroz chaufa, fried rice peruvian style, for dessert Lucuma. Ice cream or alfajores are good choices
Service is ok, slow and you may need to ask for things when needed. but so so service is common in peruvian restaurants. With a little patience and lik tolerance you will enjoy really good food
Overall good peruvian food. I recommend this place to try good peruvian food. One of the best Peruvian restaurants integer area even better than most Peruvians restaurants in the LA and OC area

I visisted this restaurant with my wife and to our surprise the food tasted the same as the food we tried in Peru. The cebiche mixto was awesome as well as the choros a la criolla. The chicha morada tasted like made out of real blue corn, just like in Peru.
For dessert we tried the helado de lucuma and the picarones and they were really delicious, very peruvian. We will deinetely come back every time we drive by San Bernardino. Good job peruchos.

You know it will be a decnt Peruvian restaurant when you are immediately served a small cup of canchitas. This is a very neat and clean small restaurant with white tablecloths. There are about 12 tables inside and a bit dark. Service was prompt but then my server got off duty and it was a bit slow after that. I had the ceviche mixto which was a large platter of fresh fish, squid, calamari and shrimp all marinated with a medium spicy tang. It was all topped with thinly sliced red onions and served with sweet potatoes, Peruvian corn and more canchitas. There was a bit of a wait to get my check but the restaurant was starting to fill up even though it was only 3:30. Music was quiet enough to talk and there was a big screen that was muted with subtitles. There is a bar with beer and chica. All the standard Peruvian dishes are on the menu and drinks of Inka cola and maracuya. Dessert was two of the best alfajores that I have had in the US. Small, rich, with a thick filling that melted in my mouth. The place is located in a strip mall area off Hospitality Lane. You can't see it from the street but there is a fairly large directional sign. Parking is free and easy. No outdoor seating which would be very nice. Nice authentic food definitely worth a visit or two. Prices are very reasonable.
