we had rabbit & lamb & white beans with chorizo (DELICIOUS, authentic Spanish!). The wines are Excellent! The outside area is very nice, pretty, shady, lots of nice shrubbery, quieter than inside (but there is always a wait so call 1st). Remember, these are Tapas, so the plates are SMALL, which can be surprising (unless you know & are looking for TAPAS). It is a bit PRICEY though.....

The family took me out for my birthday here. It was fabulous! Expensive but fabulous. Interesting dishes, tasty flavors. The seafood zarzuela was amazing. Charcuterie plate was excellent. Steak was very very good. Tuna tartar excellent. Everything we ate was so good. Nice little patio to sit on.

What a gem in the heart of downtown Sacramento. We were seated in an outside patio under a giant tree, with the sounds of live guitar music gently floating through the air. There was an intimacy to this setting that makes you want to spend all of your summer evenings in such a delightful ambiance.

The food, a hearty selection of delicious tapas choices as well as entrees, gives you a taste of Spain from the convenience of your hometown. The wine list is interesting and diverse, and a decadent dark chocolate mousse made our visit here a home run.

We started with various tapas including vegetables, short ribs, mussels and beef on skewers. The main course was lamb shank with a not too sweet Sangria. All were tasty and properly prepared. The Sacramento evenings in the summer are comfortably warm, with a slight breeze in the patio for more comfort. This visit exceeded my expectations for the evening. Recall this is European dining so there is no rush to order all of the meal and also no rush to give you the check. You can have time to talk and savor the moment. It may get a little loud in the patio, however.
