“Need a moment to relax and just let the children play? Tihis is the place!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 February 2012

There are a number of activities for the kids. Do your kids like to play dress up, or pretend to make a pizza in a pizza parlor, or perhaps they want to do their own grocery shopping with a cart just their size? Maybe they like to paint or draw and see their art in motion? Your kids may like the outdoors and just want to roll around in the grass or throw a ball back and forth? Your kids to old for that, then maybe they want to build a electric race car and race it round the track, or maybe they want to play some mind games? No matter their interests they should find something that will intrigue their minds and while they are busy exploring things that may interest them you can just sit back, relax and watch their imaginations run wild...relax. The cost is $8 per person over the age of two.

“Cute”

Very cute but mainly geared to the pre-school set. It only takes an hour to see.

“Good except for cranky, gossiping front desk worker”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 November 2011

This was a nice cool place to take the children for the afternoon for a couple of hours. It is geared toward younger children, not teens. There is a dress up area, grocery store, pizza oven, motorcycle, a full size car to paint, arts and crafts area, weaving loom, a digital harp and many more things. My daughter was playing the digital harp for a while when the volunteer, an older woman, working at the desk came up to her and said "Change it up a little, will ya?" That could have been said a little gentler and kinder to a child. Then later as we were leaving, another worker had come in and the two workers were gossiping about someone WHILE they were standing behind the front desk - and didn't even bother to stop for a moment as we walked by. I think the experience would have been better with different workers there.

“Sweet, manageable museum for little ones.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 September 2011

It is a small, intimate museum that young children will enjoy. Not a lot of bells and whistles, so it was not overwhelming or intimidating for our kids. Don't miss Paint the Car and the harp. Fire code prevents the use of strollers so be prepared to carry the youngest visitors.
The museum is overpriced for what is available.

“Fun and Educational”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 28 July 2011

My 2-year-old daughter had a ball at this interactive museum in the desert. She and her dad really got into make-believe play at the "grocery store" and "pizza shoppe." There is plenty to do and experience, but I look forward to the day when they open the second wing of exhibits. The price is right and it's easy to find this fun-filled, indoor attraction.
