Check in took almost 30 mins; front desk was short staffed. We are Elite members and I have to admit the service was horrible. We were given an disable room with a door bell. Which we are not disabled and we don't discriminate. Our room clearly should have been given to a guest that was disabled so they were well accommodated. When we called down to the front desk, we were told "well your in the room now."
The young man at the desk worked really hard to accommodate the guest at the front desk; however the young lady was rude and condescending.
We ordered food from the Bistro and it was sub-par. The Avocado Toast had a long hair in it. I didn't want to send it back in fear it would come back with something else in it.
We left the hotel and walked across the street to Jack's restaurant. We notified the front desk about the issue. No response or accommodation.More
